This 6-story, 24-unit project in Seattle’s University District was completed in the Spring of 2015. Situated in the heart of Belltown, 303 Battery will deliver a 15-story, 112-unit Net Zero Energy (NZE) apartment project, including 27 much needed affordable units. Five of the affordable units satisfy the city’s Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) requirements, and another 22 units will be income and/or rent restricted as part of the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. 303 Battery will be the greenest apartment building in Seattle when it is completed. Construction is slated to commence Fall 2019.
A 40-story, 428 unit luxury apartment tower in Downtown Seattle that recently completed the City’s Design Review Board process and is awaiting final entitlements. The owners are currently securing financing, with construction slated to commence in 2019. The project will be built 40% faster than a conventional tower and will include SLI’s state-of-the-art energy and water systems.
