This 6-story, 24-unit project in Seattle’s University District was completed in the Spring of 2015. Awards include: First Place, Midrise – City of Seattle Urban Design People’s Choice Award; Gold Award for Structural Design – American Council of Engineering Companies; and 2015 Innovation of the Year – NAIOP of Washington Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
A 40-story, 428 unit luxury apartment tower in Downtown Seattle that recently completed the City’s Design Review Board process and is awaiting final entitlements. The owners are currently securing financing, with construction slated to commence in 2019. The project will be built 40% faster than a conventional tower and will include SLI’s state-of-the-art energy and water systems.
This project will deliver a 14-story, 104-unit apartment project to Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, including 25 much needed affordable units. Four of the affordable units satisfy the city’s Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) requirements, and another 21 units will be income and/or rent restricted as part of the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. All units will feature standard SLI amenities. We are currently submitting for a master-use permit (MUP) and construction is slated to commence Fall 2019.
